Brand new never installed. Comes with everything you need for installation, yes the gasket is included. 2-3 quart extra capacity. I also stuck a factory magnet to the bottom of the pan so need to buy a magnetic drain plug. Check summit's site for more info or PM me. Part number SME-1008-C.

Price includes shipping in the U.S.
