I've got two of the 1998-2002 A4 Shifters available that have been shortened 1".
Photos show 'Before' & 'After'.
Those of you who may not have the tools to do this, here ya go, it's been done for ya. I've done quite a few of these over the years, & only have two left. The may not look that great, but they are truly functional.
They have been shortened 1" which gives the handle a 'lowered' look in the car. For those of you who want to use the adaptor & a different ****, here's your opportunity to do a plug-n-play replacement.
Be forewarned, there may be some miscellaneous little pieces that you may have to transfer from your old shifter. But if you can take your console off, & remove/replace the shifter, you shouldn't have any trouble.
