I bought the 228/230 cam used and decided not to use it. I dont know the milage. But the cam card says that it was ground in April of 2008, so I would guess less than 40k miles.
The 222/224 cam has about 25k miles.
The pushrods have about 50k miles
The springs have less than 5k miles. And are the updated version with out the blue line.
The timing chain is sold, but has about 50k miles.
