Default WTB new LS6 springs

If anyone has a set of new, unused LS6 springs, shoot me a PM or post up!

Or if you know where to get them for less than $57 w/o shipping, PM me, that's the best price I have seen so far.

Thanks

After some research, looks like GM re-engineered them in 2004 due to spring failures in 02-03 Z06's, so for the peace of mind, I am leaning towards buying them new so I wouldn't have to worry about whether they are pre or post 04.

I would only need the springs, reusing the stock locks and retainers. Price shipped to 77056 for springs only?

Just wondering, what setup are you using these in? Reason I ask: if "new" Is the make or break if they can handle the cam you are putting in there...you might want to look into an aftermarket spring, preferably a dual spring.

Just trying to help man!

LPE GT2-3. With springs, I would rather spend $20 more and know that I am the first one to use them. With used ones, you can never know for sure if the guy before you habitually fired his car up in 10* weather, then floored it down the street before the springs warmed up. I am sure in the vast majority of cases that isn't true, but better safe than sorry.

I can appreciate that. We've done 2 of the gt1 cams in otherwise stock internal ls3's and they have been excellent!

Good luck with it man!

Check with Summit racing we bought a couple sets off of there a few months back and they were like 65.00 shipped if my memory serves me right.

Sweet. Let me know if/when you get them, or if you don't so I can order them elsewhere
