That depends on numerous factors. What is your engine disp, elevation where you run, etc?
I live at 5200' so I only get ~8lbs with an 8 rib 3.40".
Depending on your situation, you may get 10lbs from the 3.70".
The less air, the faster you gotta spin it.

The 3.70 would likely get you there, if not more. I have a 4.38 and belt I would sell you or, I will make you a deal on both. The 3.70 would need a belt, though.
