I have a set of 317 heads (complete with stock valves/springs) for sale with ~80k on them. I was going to run them on my turbo setup, but am going to keep the stock heads for now.

$100 + shipping costs

I also have a brand new 38mm Tial wastegate for sale. Comes with box, all accessories, etc. $225 shipped.

I am going to run e85 and chose to keep the compression higher as such.

I want $100 + actual shipping, I shipped a similar size and weight package earlier and it cost me much more than expected. I am in Kansas City so pretty centrally located.

I'm about to start gathering parts for a FI build and I'm interested in the wastegate. What do these wastegates usually go for brand new?
