I originally purchased these headers from Cartek in 2000 and picked up 28rwhp with these headers on my (at the time) bolt-on car. I had them stripped and re-coated in 4/2010 and installed them with my new motor. I've moved on to a set of 1/7/8" headers.

These headers do seem to leak some around the collectors where I had 3 bolt flanges added. It's an easy fix out of the car, but I did not notice this until after I had them coated and re-installed.
The stripping was able to remove the rust but left pits in the metal around the collectors.
I scratched up the drivers side some when taking them out.
Used BMR DS Loop. Made to fit with the Ghann headers and y-pipe - $25 plus shipping
Used LS1 Cam Position sensor - $35 plus shipping
Used Stock 02 Injectors - $60 plus shipping
Comp 7.45" push rods. Used less than 1000 miles - $100 plus shipping
Used LS1 Lifters. Bought from Mightymouse around 2004 and sat on my shelf since - $50 plus shipping
Used LS1 lifter trays. No bolts - $25 plus shipping
New Full set of new acorn lugs (silver) from SLP - $25 plus shipping
Used Stock LS1 MAF w/screen - $50 plus shipping
Pair of High Flow 3" cats Eastern Catalytic universal 70330. I bought these off ebay in 2004/2005 and sat on a shelf. Still in original boxes - $90 plus shipping

Drivers side scratch. There is another scratch on the opposite side that is about the same as well as scratched on the header flange. I have more pics if desired.

I bought them off another member here through ebay 5/2010. He said at the time that they had between 8-9k and had a recent cleaning.
