What truck is the 'truck manifold' off of? Can you take some pics from the top?

 

So the intake is sold? If it is not, does it require an aftermarket fuel rail, and do you have the bolts for it? How much is the vig converter? You have 2 different prices on it. How much to ship it to 62002? Please pm me back. Thanks

 

Truck manifold is off a 2003 Chevy 2500.
