This car is AWESOME, it looks great and it is super fast! No body damage at all and paint looks great!
350ci LS1 Engine, Cold AC, Very Fast, many new parts. I focused my mods almost completely on suspension/balance. Car was built for Autocross and was only was used for 4 events. This car is awesome on twisty roads, and although it is modestly lowered (1.25"), it still gives a reasonably comfy ride.
Suspension Mods:
StranoParts 35 mm hollow front anti-swaybar (stock is 30mm)
StranoParts 22 mm hollow rear anti-swaybar (not installed, but it is included)
StranoParts Linear Rate Springs (1.25" drop, just right)
Koni SA shocks/struts Front and Bilstein HD shocks rear (recommended combo)
Square Rear LCAs (greasable bushings)
Adjustable Panhard Bar (greasable bushings)
Front Suspension rebuilt with all Moog bushings, Moog Balljoints, and Moog Tierod ends!
Stock power steering cooler from a WS6 Trans Am
Power Mods:
SLP Loudmouth exhaust with Chrome Tips (sounds mean!)
SLP Intake Lid
Short Shift Kit
Updated Clutch Master cylinder w/drill mod
Updated Clutch Slave cylinder
Front Brake Pads (EBC Yellow)
Appearance Mods:
Y2K 'Vette Polished Wheels, 245/45/17 Front and 275/40/18 Rear
H7 Headlight Upgrade 5K color temp (much brighter and clearer than stock)
Replaced headliner
New Front Tires (2k ago)
Serpentine Belt and AC belt Replaced with Goodyear Gatorback
All idler pulleys/bearings replaced
Brake system and flushed with ATE Blue
There are a couple minor issues:
1. AC system has a slow leak, I have to add a can of r134a every 6-8 weeks, a can is only $10 and its easy to do so I never bothered fixing it.
2. I sometimes hear a grinding noise on the 3-4 upshift. It only happens every now and then and in the almost three years I have had her it hasn't gotten any worse.
NO JOY RIDES! I can drive car to a mechanic for an inspection (at your expense), but my insurance does not cover other drivers.
$7500
I don't consider it to be 'broken'. It shifts through all gears just fine. As stated the noise only happens occasionally. I only mentioned it in the interest of full disclosure.
If it ever did need a rebuild, Sponsor Tick Perf does full T56 rebuilds for around 1k
