You are viewing a complete Innovate Motorsports LC-1 Controller that includes a Wide Band Oxygen (O2) Sensor. The part number is #3769. I purchased this setup a while ago to tune my 1987 Grand National, but I ended up getting multiple mail-order tunes instead. I’m in spring clean-up mode and this unit is now up for sale. Will works great with HP Tuners Pro or EFI Live. Everything you see in the box is included. I have a copy of the instructions (not shown in the pics, sorry) that will obviously also be included as well.

I'm no expert on this but I know it can be hooked up to an analog gauge as shown on page 6 of the installation maunal. (see attached file above: LC-1_Manual.pdf)

Check with Innovate Motorsports before you buy just to be sure. I don't want to sell you something that will not do what is expected.
