Default Corvette LS3 fuel rail covers

Alright guys, I was going to keep these and put them on my engine, but i'v decided to take a different route. These fuel rail covers are like new, i bought them with less than 50 miles on them. I can't tell that they where ever on an engine so they are damn near brand new.

Do these come with mounting hardware? The studs and cap or whatever you call em. Or is it just the cover. Thanks.
