Does the block have the rotating assy in it? Any damage other than 100K miles of wear?

on the back head bolt, someone tried to torque the head down with some liquid in the bolt hole. it blew a piece of the block out. Its not hurting anything, and its not in the threads. The heads still torque down correctly.

OK, but, what about the rotating assy? Are the crank, rods, pistons still in the block & not-damaged?

Like i said it spun a rod bearing, so the crank will need to be turned. Really, all thats good is the block and the rods. pistons are in ok condition but they have 100k miles on them.

The block is in good condition. besides the head bolt, but that is not a problem. i have everything for the motor except the heads and intake.

What do you mean "like I said,?" If you had "said it," I wouldn't have asked. Info regarding the condition of the rotating assy were never posted. You've noted pretty sketchy details & replies; I'll pass.
