I have a set of World Warhawk LS1 X heads that i purchased from a member here. These heads have been hand finished by T.E.A. including clearance for 3/8 pushrods. These are a really nice set of heads, but I am looking to go in a little different direction(6-bolt setup), so i am putting them back out for sale. These heads havnt been used. I purchased them just like they were from TEA.

This is the thread where I purchased them: https://ls1tech.com/forums/parts-cla...hed-heads.html

That thread has all of the specifics on what has been done to them.

I will also include a flow sheet and invoice from TEA.

One small thing i want to disclose to the buyer.......one of the heads was knocked over at my machine shop. I have a pic of the mark on the head. It has been checked and there is nothing wrong with the head.......simply cosmetic.

SOLD

Subject: Flow sheet

You new peak flow is 329cfm @ .600", out of the box it was 313cfm @ .600", which if you notice is only a 16 cfm gain, the .400" gained almost 30cfm!

I was quoting the .400" intake flow in the PM since it is the most important intake flow number for making power. The .600" flow isn't nearly as ctitical at the .400" and .300"

Forgive my flow guy, he can't spell...

Is that tenth of a inch so bad if it's just the porting of the chamber?

I really dont know as far as putting these on a 3.90 bore. Do some looking in the internal engine section. I have heard or people putting big bore heads on a small bore, but I dont know the disadvantages of doing that.

Thats a Bad *** 402+cid head, a 2.08 intake valve and 235cc intake runner is a Little big IMHO for even a 383, I run 229cc darts with 2.055's on my 383 so i can't really talk But these heads would be Killer on any Bigger bore LS even a Rowdy 6.0
FWIW I Port most of my chambers to 4.125" Even when using them on Smaller bore engines, Just make sure you have 4.125+ bore head gaskets get my drift? so you wouldn't want to use a 3.9 bore GM gasket with these because it Chokes them
