Thanks for all the orders for the first week on the special. We're already having to re-stock some of the clutch components. Thanks again to everyone here for supporting our products!

The only guy that I will ever let touch my trans is Jason. I'll be coming back to you for a clutch soon.

Do any of the kits come with new bolts? Also, how is the feel/engagement zone different for a Stage 2 Dual Friction versus a Stage 1? I am assuming the flywheel is stock weight?

I have 1000 miles on my stage 3 and love it, and I DD my camaro with this clutch.

I also just installed the stage 2 in my buddy's WS6 and he loves it
Diamond clutches will be the only clutches that go in my cars

Id like to know the same thing. I am in the process of getting my trans rebuilt and getting a new clutch from Jason..I think I might be borderline ok with the stage 1, but dont want a stage 2 if it feels too aggressive..(coming from a person that felt the TICK master cylinder was too aggressive for a street car)
Can the stage one handle a full weight Trans Am with less say, give or take 450rwhp? Maybe once a year track use?

No, the kits don't come with new bolts, but they can be added for a mere 20 bucks. This includes all new flywheel bolts and pressure plate bolts.
The pedal feel for all 3 stages is just about like stock (maybe 15-20% more pressure). The difference between the stages is the engagement, as far as "feel" goes. The Stage 1 has a long, smooth engagement, like a stock clutch does. The Stage 2 still feels like stock, but has a slightly shorter engagement, and the Stage 3 is like an on/off switch.. Most people go with the Stage 2, as no driveability is lost, and it handles up to 600/600. If you're on the fence between the Stg 1 and Stg 2, then definitely go with the 2. The flywheel is 8lbs lighter than stock, and is made of 4140 chromoly alloy. This material is specifically designed to resist heat & warpage, hence its the best possible alloy to use for a flywheel.
Hope this clears everything up! Thanks!

The Stage 1 would work as it's basically a heavy duty version of the LS7 clutch. But, I'd go with the Stg 2, as it drives near stock, and can handle more HP/TQ. Since you're getting a T56 from me, you'll get even a better deal on the clutch kit. Thanks

I have the Stage 2 with Tick master so it's a VERY short engagement but once you learn where it is (takes about an hour) it's very nice to drive. I really can't drive a 4 cylinder stick car with the super long loose clutch feel, it just feels blehh. I like the nice firm pedal with short engagement and it GRABS when you want it to.

Hey, thanks for the info! I'll be sure to contact you guys when I replace the clutch within the next few weeks to a month. As soon as my other car sells, you'll have a PM (though my account doesn't let me do that yet, anyone know when that restriction will be lifted?).

One more question, is the slave cylinder a genuine GM part or a compatible aftermarket part, like AC Delco?
