I have a DynaTech Engineering DynaSpark Gen II vented optispark for a 95-97 LT1. I purchased it in 2006 and used it for 3 years on my Z28. It has between 20,000 and 30,000 miles on it. I'm not positive it's functioning properly as I had a misfire after I put a new engine in the car. Replacing this DynaSpark with a new opti seemed to help some, but it still misfired. I then replaced the O2s which fixed the issue. If you purchase this DynaSpark, you have two options: 1) install it and see if it works, or 2) for $50, you can send the unit to Bob Hogan who now owns the company and have it repaired if necessary. I spoke to him on the phone and it would be a flat $50 charge if you go this route.
