Harlan Shift lite
Has anyone else had a problem with tehir order concerning harlan's shift light? I have to say I'm not to happy right now becasue I ordered one of the shiftlights two weeks ago and it was allegedly sent out last Monday but I haven't got it yet and haven't recieved a reply on any of the emails I have sent Harlan. Anybody else have any different experiences dealing with Harlan?

But anyone that has dealt with him can tell you that Customer Service isn't really a concern.
Just give it time..

It took about 3-4 weeks to get mine. Not bad, considering he builds to order, and this isn't his full time gig. I was pleasenlty surprised, I thought it would take 2 months.

Screen names don't help me much, might help if i knew who you were.
Brian, I don't have any order for you. How was it paid for?
And FWIW, being in the sponsor section isn't gonna get ahold of me. Since I'm not a sponsor, I just happened to see this as it was the last one posted to.

I've seen them & they are great....what do you expect from one man serving a busy community like this? If you want cheap assemly line crap, buy the mass produced stuff....if you want to support an inovator & someone that takes time to hand build something, then you may have to wait.

Seriously, we know the guy's not a theif, he's on here daily and right now is busy as hell gunning to win the fastest LS1 title. Between fixing things after wheelstands and running once a week at the track, making shiftlights in his kitchen, and having an actual life, I'm sure he's a busy fellow. I ordered mine 2 years ago, knew it would be awhile, and i got it in about 4-5 weeks. Works great. Be patient, he's not some big company with 50 employees, he's one guy.

I have owned the Harlan light for some time now. I think I waited a month for mine. If you researched enough to know what a "harlan shift light" is, then you also know that shift lights are NOT his toppriority. I am proud to own one, and consider it a true piece of craftmanship.....hell, it's just about the only thing that has ALWAYS worked right on my car. Just bite your lip, and wait for the thing to show up.....it's well worth the wait!
