Default FT: 88 Stang (25k invested) + cash for your ls1...at least look!

Ok guys, I tried ebay and it didn't work. Before autotrader, I figured I'd offer it here.

I have a Supercharged 347 Stroker 1988 Mustang GT that has over $25,000 invested in it with 560rwhp and is streetable. I would like to put a cash value of $7800 on it and add to the pot several thousand dollars depending upon what type of a f body you have to offer. Here is the run down!

The car was dyno tuned a year ago by Slater's Automotive in Humble, Texas and picked up 560 rear wheel horsepower with a 2.95 pulley. The shop asked for more time with it because they said they could get a lot more out of it, but was taken back home due to lack of funds. A few months later, they dyno tuned a mustang with the same setup, but 42lb injectors and got 610 rear wheel horsepower.

Engine was built by USA Racing Engines, Inc. from Houston, Texas (they build lots of nascar engines)
302 block with $1500 of machine work and strengthening
M-6013-A347 Stroker Kit
4340 3.40" forged steel crank
4.030" forged pistons
4340 forged steel Rods 5.315"
one piece rear main seal
ARP Bolts throughout
Rear Main Girdle
Comp Cam Xtreme Energy 266/274 dur, .544/.555 lift 112 lsa
trick flow twisted wedge heads
GT40 ford racing intake
ford racing 36# fuel injectors
intank and external fuel pump (I believe 190 in, 255 out)

Rebuilt T-5 Standard Transmission

75mm mass air
BBK Power Plus 70mm EGR plate
BBK 70mm Throttle Body
K&N Air Filter

Vortech S-Trim Blower
10-12lb pulley
Vortech Fuel Management Unit
Vortech 4:1 FMU Recalibration Kit

BBK White Face 200mph Gauges
autometer boost gauge
autometer Air/Fuel gauge
autometer pro-comp fuel pressure gauge
autometer pro-comp water temp gauge
autometer pro-comp oil pressure gauge
Pro Comp 2 2-stage tach with memory

15" flex-a-lite electric fan
aluminum water pump
Ford Racing 2 row Aluminum Radiator
aluminum battery box - battery relocated to the back
AFPR
Accel Super Coil
Vortech / MSD Boost Timing Master
MSD 6A Ignition Box

Competition Engineering 8pt Roll Cage
subframe connectors
lakewood 50/50 rear race shocks
southside liftbars
lakewood 90-10 racing struts
lakewood driveshaft safety loop

4.10 gears
lockers
31 spline axles
c clip eiliminator
TCI Rollstop Line Lock Kit

4" cervinis cowl hood
stalker front bumper
cobra back bumper
filled the 'mustang gt' imprints from the side ground effects
shaved door handles
shaved trunk lock
shaved antenna clear corner headlight kit
ultra white headlight bulbs
Polished Aluminum Weld Drag Lites (skinnies up front)

mac 1 1/2 equal length headers
H Pipe
2 1/2" pipes
flowmaster mufflers & turndowns

The car needs a few minor things. Since the car has shaved door handles, it needs to either have the remote on the keypad to be pushed or the button we installed under the car. The box in the dash will need to be replaced for the remote keypad, and you can expect anywhere from $50 on up to replace it depending upon how fancy you want to get. The passenger door doesn't open unless you open from the inside because of this too. The windshield wipers are not installed, but come with new blades which I will include with the car. The interior also has a few pieces missing (sun visors, floor mats, and a small panel in the trunk). Nothing big.

The paint job is the equivalent to a maaco job, and the interior is in really good condition with no cracks or rips. Under the hood is dirty, but the combo only has 800 miles on it. We just went through the car this last week to get rid of the last gremlins, and gave it a fresh oil change (all synthetics of course), t-5 rebuild, tuneup etc. It runs really nice! Definitely not a perfect car, but a great race car that can be driven on the street! It has a reconditioned title, because it was hit pretty hard at some point in its life, but drives nice and straight.

This past week, I have rebuilt the T-5 Standard Transmission, given it a fresh tuneup, oil change (synthetic oil, as always!), new starter, new alternator and a number of other things. It has been sitting for quite a while, but the motor/blower combo only has 800 miles on them!

Email sent! For those who were wondering the questions that Minty was asking, here are the answers:

1. the odometer reading I am not sure about, but it probably doesn't work anyway. There are 800 miles on the motor/blower combo, but has been sitting for 3-4 years and only taken out on weekends.

2. The last time it was at the track, it ran an 11.0 @ 123mph BEFORE the dyno tune that brought out 100 more horsepower. The strip it was at was in Baytown Texas - Houston Raceway Park. It was dyno tuned at Slater's in Humble, Texas.
