Had the car back out again after the repairs from the wheelstand incident
Wheelie bars on this time
Only got to make 4 passes, as the quick 16 was cut short before the semi's by multiple spills late in the evening.
Slips are still in the car at the shop, so I'll and the details to each run later when i get the slips.
First pass off the trailer, same setup as the wheel stand at Norwalk except w/ the bars this time
Netted an 8.73@159.88

After some coaching from Kevin Patterson on setting the bar height, we raised them up and tweaked the front shocks just a touch. Big thanks for the help!!
That pass got me
8.527@162.89

We left the bars and suspension alone after that as we were running the quick 16 eliminations at that point and really didn't have time to tweak. And it seemed to be working.
Third pass was a slightly weaker launch, and short shifted a little.
No video on that pass, but from memory:
8.7x@161
Fourth pass. Got on the T-brake a little quicker and had a better launch, back into the 1.35 60' range. Shifted where i'm suppose to as well
Backed up the 2nd run with..
8.581@162.98

Not to mention a NEW BEST for Taner in the other lane!! 9.49@144 in a friggin 6 SPEED. Big props on that one
Not too bad for a little motor w/ a stock crank
I can't wait for thunder!!

Excellent times and videos....adding them to my collection as we speak. Your lil 348 is damn awesome, glad to know that we have such a strong foundation to build upon....now only if we can get you to tune other cars
Still stock PCM right??
