On October 5th I paid for a torsen differential. Got it on the 12th, but it wasn't a torsen, it was an auburn. I told him and he said the shop make a mistake. So I asked for a shipping refund and I shipped back the auburn. On the 12th of October he said I'll get it ASAP. He did finally respond to one PM on Oct 29th and refunded me my shipping back. But still no torsen. Well, it's Nov 12th now. He's not responding to the PMs on this board, but yet he posts. I'm really tired of waiting and driving on a broken posi. Either send me the torsen or refund me the money so I can get it from someone else. If anyone can reach this person I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

I sen this ou to him already and I refunded him for the shipping and when it got here he put that I would have to pay for the shipping so when I got my auburn back I had to pay for the shipping again. Thats ripping someone off. I have done alot of deals on here so don't question me.Smartass

So it was Dom's fault you shipped the wrong differential? He has every right to question you when he pays for something and gets nothing in return. Instead of name calling and challenging him... why don't you lose the attitude and take care of business. Be a man about it.

Sounds like you sent him the wrong part , in which case you should have to refund his shipping to send the wrong part back to you...
But the fact remains it sounds like you have Doms money and Dom doesn't have a torsen differential correct?
So to make the deal ok he either needs a full refund or a working torsen differential ...

Maybe he dosent realize how selling stuff works.
Say there is a sale for 300 dollars plus 50 for shipping.
The buyer pays 350.
He/She then recieves the wrong part and has to ship the part back.
The shipper then pays for shipping back on the wrong item since it was his/her fault the item recieved was incorrect.
Then the seller still has to pay to ship the correct item.
So it was your mistake and you eat the shipping.
Weird concept.
Refund the money or ship the correct item.
