I noticed one thing about RedHardSupra's sheet that I wanted to change. He averaged his values such as 1500-1625, 1625-1750, ect... I have mine in this sheet averaged as halves, 1437-1562 (Cell 1500), 1562.5 - 1687.5 (Cell 1625), ect. This way they interpolate one another. IMO it will give better results.

I don't think you will get good results with either (just my opinion though). I have no idea what complex calculations are going on in the PCM to determine airflow, but they don't seem to want to work out right as far as I can see.

How is the worksheet diferentiating between gear and p/n? I just tried using it for my values in p/n, and it plugged the new corrected values into the "gear" raf table. However the maf table calculator looks great.

Ok just did some more playing with it and here are my obersavtions: The Raf function needs to be simplified. It is impossible to log you STIT, and LTIT in both park, and gear at the same time. Thus, it is not necessary to have the complete RAF chart in your worksheet. Here is why: This morning I did a log of STIT, LTIT in park with a/c and fans commanded off (this should be added to the instructions a/c and fans effect final outcome of trims). I then plugged in my current RAF tables along with the newly logged data, and from that used your sheet to derive new data. Now here is the problem. The sheet is actually taking my imported RAF values for in "gear" and applying the corrected trims to create a new "in gear" table. Great right? WRONG. I was logging my park values not my in gear values. The sheet can not distinguish weather I am in gear on in park. If I was a novice tuner I would have just tried plugging the values in as presented on the sheet, and would have been plugging them into the wrong section of the RAF table. The process could be greatly simplified by creating two different sheets. One for park/n and one for gear. This way the data would not be scewed. I would also make note in the instructions, that the logging needs to be done with the a/c off, and the fans disabled, as they will throw off your trims. I would also add notes that the MAF convertor is meant to be used in SD mode, and only after the VE table has been verified to be correct. There are a lot of Noob tuners out there, and we need to try and protect them as much as possible. Overall the sheet looks and functions great other than the afore mentioned items. I would lay out my tables as follows:

READ ME
Data
Idle Tables Park/N (98-00)
Idle Tables Gear (98-00)
Idle Tables Park/N (01-02)
Idle Tables Gear (01-02)

Try and download the newest version and see if that is better. I updated a few things that you pointed out. I thought I had all the tables implimented, but I guess I forgot to add one line of code. Any more suggestions are welcome and needed.
