98-02 silver Trans Am hood, non-ram air, excellent condition, off of a 2002 Trans Am, Houston area, prefer local sale. Will meet up within a reasonable driving distance.
What year is it specifially? I'd maybe give you a case of beer or case of Mobile 1 for it. I just need something to practice painting on. PM me your lowest price & we'll see. Stock hoods don't usually sell for much. Someone just gave one away because it wouldn't sell.

Sorry, totally forgot to put a price in the original post. I'm selling this hood for a friend. It came off of a 2002 Trans Am. He said $250 or best offer. He's in Alvin as well.

I know, I was hoping to get it but was too late. I just want to practice painting on one. I want to teach myself how to do automotive painting since I'm about to have a couple of truck projects coming my way. Plus if I get an extra TA hood, I can paint some cool stuff on it, then bolt it up for fun to show off my mad paint skillz, lol.

I highly doubt he's going to deliver for a price not even close to what he's asking. I know these hoods are a dime a dozen, but $50 and he takes it to you I dont think is gonna happen. He lives in the same neighborhood as me and Katy is about 45 mins. away. I had an offer a while back to ship it for $275, but I really didnt want to ship it, so I passed up the deal. He was offering $150 for the hood and $125 for the shippping. I'm sure someone sooner or later will come around with a better offer. Come to think of it, when I originally spoke to him about the hood and selling it for him, he said he wouldnt take no less than $150 for it. So if anyone could put up that, its yours.
Yep, guess he shouldn't have passed on that one. I'm in no rush, hell if I wait long enough, I'll have my stock one free to play with...but then again, I should be picking up my new restoration project trucks in the next weekend or two.
i will buy it for 200 and can meet you somewhere in houston to pick it up...i live in baytown so all you have to do is tell me a place...i can do it this weekend if you are interested.
Thanks
