Default AMW Catch Can GP 2

Ok guys. we are going to do 10 orders and I will do the cans for $140 (normally $159.99) if we get 10. The orders will not be billed until all 10 orders have been placed. GP will last till 08/19/05. When placing orders with us ask for Charles, I am handling this GP. This is a phone in price only and you have to mention LS1tech. For those who have not seen the catch cans here they are. They are fully CNC Machined canister and are top quality.

They are available in Silver, Black, Blue, and Red, and as an option for 25$ there is a mounting bracket in black that will mount the cans to the passenger side cylinder head but it will not work on the EGR equipped vehicles.

I'm eyeing a shiny red one, I may very well be making a phone call when I get home.

Wow That is a pretty big jump in price... I was going to buy one but not for that price. What is the justification in the price hike???

Cause they are a kick *** piece of CNC'd art...that's why.

If you see one up close, all questions will be answered for the justification of price.

P.S. I'll be calling on Monday or Tuesday for a black one.

I have one of these and it is awesome!!! It is worth the price. If you think about $160 is cheap to keep the oil out of your manifold.

Everyone rates these cans highly plus you can't buy a competing can (Greddy) for less than $140 anyway. I just ordered a black one.

8 more, come on fellas!

I dunno Lopey, this doesn't look good. Maybe AMW will slash prices when they realize these cans won't sell at that price...

Yeah, it doesn't look like it's going to happen. I wish I would've gone in on the last GP.

Bad business decision, IMHO. Prime opportunity for someone else to pick up the ball and run with it

Me too, yet I still cringe at the thought of putting a Greddy product on my car.

A double in price? Nothing justifies that short of machining the cans out of pure silver. A business takes into account all various expenses and then sets the price of it's product to make the desired profit based on the expected volume of sale. Unless I'm totally wrong I think these cans have been selling pretty well.

I'll take one for $90. Otherwise I'll have to get a big Greddy sticker for my car.

Well lets see... just the closest thing handy was a Hoerr Racing products catalog... and they have an oil system breather can for $49.95. Easy conversion to a PCV-less sytem or it could be modified to work well as the same style catch can. Yes, it also has a petcock drain in the bottom. Somehow I can't come close to justifying $160 for a can.
