Katzkin is the maker of the leather door inserts. Their quailty is much better then the stock GM crap. I bought a complete custom Katzkin leather interior kit. I had to pay for the door inserts even though I didnt need them since I had a local shop make door inserts to match the color of my car.

They match the Ebony that the f bodys have and will fit any year and almost any car. It shouldnt be that hard, just take the door panel off and recover the cloth if thats what you have.
