Racing converter for sale

I'm selling my Coan 8" nitrous converter (4800 stall). The converter is for an LS1 and has a turbo input shaft (TH350, TH400 or glide with a turbo shaft). It's less than a year old and only has 12 runs on it since the last re-stall. This converter is perfect and I will guarantee it. I was spraying a 175 shot on my old stock bottom end 346 and went a best of 1.32 with this converter.

I paid $1000 for this new and will let it go for $550 plus shipping. Price is firm.

I'm still trying to work out a deal with some. He might by my ssf3800, so I wil have the mondy to buy the coan. BTW, does the coan have a center nipple to center it in the crankshaft?

next...what would the power threshhold of this converter be? say 800ish?

 

Do you mean as in how much power will it handle before it breaks? I'd suggest calling Dave Coan directly to answer that, but being this one of their Maximum Performance converters that powers cars into the 6's - I'd guess a little more.
