To anyone that wants to buy anything from TonyLittle, I would look up how his other transactions have went. He sold a member a fuel pump that didn't work, and a few others weren't happy with their transactions. He has yet to give that person a refund for the fuel pump, or me a refund. Those people didn't leave him negative feedback, so I assumed he was good seller.
I purchased this coolant overflow from him, and it is useless. The sides of the battery tray were all chopped up. A battery would of been bouncing around on it. There was no way to hold the battery stable. I over looked that, as I was desperate to get the car running because my coolant overflow was cracked. So I tested to see if the coolant tank leaked. I simply inserted a hose into the opening, and as soon as it filled up water was squirting out from the side. So, the battery tray was useless, and the coolant tank useless as well. I tryed to repair it with epoxy, but it still leaks. I e-mailed him, and he said he wanted pics of it leaking. So I sent him pictures of it which clearly show the leaks, and then he sayes that because I put epoxy on it, he wont take it back. Yes, it was not a large amount of money, but thats besides the point. I realy needed that coolant overflow tank to get my car running. This guy should not be selling anything on here. He sells fautly pumps, takes for ever to send items out, and sold me a useless overflow tank. Why is he not banned from the site yet? Someone please give him a time out. He needs to learn you can't screw people over.

This is why, even as a seller, I insist on taking pictures of and making sure buyers know what they are getting. I don't want a bad reputation for screwing people over with junk parts....People who do **** like this make it harder to sell stuff over the internet....

 

i sent pics as well. if there really was an issue he should have notified me right away and not altered the thing...it took the guy 3 weeks to send me pictures of the damage.
if there is a leak you dont butcher it and then ask for a refund and expect to get one. you notify the seller right away...i have no problem issuing a refund on something i think is mine.or hasnt been destroyed befor he sends it back

I replied to you within 10 minutes of recieving the overflow tank and I let you know that it was leaking.
You DID NOT send me picture of it before hand. Let me and the rest of the club see these pictures please. And the orang stuff is battery acid, or who knows that. That was on there to begin with. Then when it got wet, it got a lil more spread around, but I promise on anything I love that was on there. You said that you would take it back, but now you can't use it as a battery tray. How in the word would you use that thing as a battery tray? The plastic things the side that keep the battery in place were chopped up, and a very poor job was done to that. It looked like you used pliers to pull the plastic parts of. Just because your used to screwing people over in your job at the dealership, doesn't mean you can do that on here as well. I dont even care about the money, its $25. I would like an apology for you screwing me over, and others on this board as well. The main thing is that I needed that in time, and I didn't order a good tank from one of the more trusted/honest members because I chose to deal with someone like you.

It was not 3 weeks for the pictures. I let you know from the first day that I did not have a digital camera, and I would have to borrow one from my buddy. Then when he did give me it, he didn't give me the usb cord to connect it to my computer. Your prety good to making seem like your the victim dont you.

 

And paypal isn't doing anything about it because they can't cover items that are "broken, or not as described" unless you buy them from Ebay. If you buy them from anywhere else, as long as the seller sends something, he is covered and doesn't need to give a refund. He can send whatever he likes, and as long as the buyer recieves a box, Paypal wont refund the buyer his money. This guy can send someone a soiled rug, or even a broken fuel pump or cracked coolant overflow, and Paypal won't get invloved because he sent something out, even it wasn't "as described or broke". This guy obviously knows that very well.

 

i still have no idea what in the hell your talking about with chopped up sides..... sides dont hold the battery in place! a freaking hold down does. i NEVER said i would refund the money. i said send me some pictures and we would go from there. you didnt even want to send me pictures. when i asked for pictures your exact words were ... as for how long i waited for pictures? bought on the 7th you recieved the 14th and it took til the 26th to recieve pictures. and you argued over sending them.

i DID send a pic of the coolant over flow and no it dont have the pic anylonger just like i dont have the pics of the peice you sent me.
and if i still had the pics what would that prove? you werent able to see it was cracked in the picture .

anyhow all of that is irrelivent. you altered the part and want me to sent a refund. once you saw it was cracked as you say you should have hit me up. not tried to melt plastic onto it and then when that didnt work use epoxy..

but i will appologize to you for the part being cracked. if that resovior is truely mine. i didnt test it. i didnt send you a part knowing it was bad

When you send mail it gets saved on you Sent Mail. I would NEVER would of purchased that from you if I saw what it looked like. You know exactly what I am talking about. There are plastic tabs that keep the battery in place.
There is one hole in it were you use the hold on with a bolt, and then across that there is a thin part of plastic that rises up. On the battery tray you sent me those were not there, they were chopped up. I see you are unwilling to cooperate, and offcourse you are trying to make yourself look like an honest seller, but since I have dealt with you I know otherwise. You are one dishonest kid,(I hope your a kid that doesn't know any better, because I can't see an adult doing this over $25) and things will catch up you sooner or later in life.
Now tell me, look at my mod list. I have spent a lot of money on my setup. Why would I be so angry over $25? Its the principle of it, and I will keep a closefull eye on classifieds post you reply to you because I can almost guarantee you will be ripping someone else of as well.

BTW, I didn't argue over sending you any pictures. I just didn't want to waste my time borrowing peoples stuff, then taking pictures, when I knew that it wouldn't do anything because you realy wanted that $25 and I knew for a fact I would not see it back.

you DID argue over pictures..i posted a quote from you when i asked you to post pictures...read my last post again...those are YOUR WORDS, not mine.

you say look at all of your mods and that you dont care about 25 dollars? what the hell is that sposed to mean?so i have alot donr to mine as well. ive spent over 7k on my car to date and it doesnt even start to go into motor and drivetrain yet... what someones mods are really have no relavance in this.. what is relivent is if it is my resovior (which i really dont believe it is) you shouldnt have modified it to supposedly try and repair it. you should have notified me first and then see where to go....pretty simple...if i altered something you sold and asked for a refund you would have told me to get screwed...

 

An update on this. Tonylittle got banned for ripping off a couple of people on this site, as well as other reasons. When he got banned, he sent me a threatening e-mail, and at the end wrote this:
