anyone know where to get one? dealer discontinued the item.

The dust cover that bolts on the bellhousing, between the oil pan and the tranny? I might still have one somewhere........

yes, exactly. The dealer discontinued the part and none of the bone yards around me have anything of the sort.

I'd have to dig it up. I ran without it after I got that Canton pan. I know I put in my box of stuff and put it away in storage down on the farm. I'll go dig it up if I don't forget. Shoot me a PM soon and remind me.

Im also in need of one. If anyone would start selling these they could make a killing. They are about impossible to find.

Why does everyone want one? I couldn't run it after I bought the Canton pan cuz the sump was too big. I didn't see much use for it. I realize it kept debris out of the clutch but I don't see how debris in that area could be detrimental anyway.

I got mine from GM parts direct for $3.34 when I did my converision just went to there site and the part number 10241153 is not valid anymore, looks like you will have to find a used one.
