how much lift can these springs handle? what retainers are these?

the springs are rated at .600, they can handle higher but its a bad idea, IM NOT THE SELLER. You can use the stock retainers if you want

Comp Cams rates the springs at .600 lift. I'm selling cam and springs only. No retainers.
