does the fast 90 tb bolt right up to stock location on a 6.0L? Is the opening (where the intake tube hooks to it) any larger than stock?

I'm pretty certain that the 6.0 intake manifold has a 78mm opening. Meaning that the 90 will not work, but the 78 will.
