Arrow Moser 12-Bolt For Sale (Local)

Freshly serviced and painted black. Slightly used 4 channel (two sensors slots, one near each wheel on the axle tubes) rear?

Moser 12 bolt w/3.73s, Eaton Posi, Moser HD cover w/Girdle, 33 spline axles Low miles with a few passes by previous owner. I've put 250 miles on it. Gears do whine on decel. Asking $1900.00 OBO.

Let me know ASAP please, looking to move this pretty quick.

Jim

Guys I sold Jim this 12 bolt. It is in EXCELLENT condition. Jim had a complete fluid change performed as well as fresh black paint on the rear.... Rear end is low mileage and complete backing plate to backing plate.

Reason for selling is there was some confusion between Jim and I about the 3 channel/4 channel set up and what he actually needed. It wasnt noticed until after Jim had the rear installed.

Goodluck Jim, somebody is getting a damn good deal!!!

How bad is the whine?

I've heard bad whines coming from bearings starting to fail and howling from a rear that ATLhwyracer sold Jack, but how loud is this one?

I hum for a second or two.....

It's still for sale. If nobody gives me 25k for it I'll just keep it and go forced induction. I can sell the nice 10 bolt from under this car to help pay for a 12 bolt....

My ad comes out in the trader on the 27th. If it's not sold two weeks after that I'm going to plan a whole bunch of mods to be one of the baddest street Firehawks in the U.S.-- I don't bullshit.

Plus, I'm sure others are curious about the self admitted "whine". You've got a real nice part on your hands, and you're GOING to sell it. -Joshua

Oh, so it'd be better to bullshit around the fact that it whines?

Not sure how to answer the question. Its whines at tip in (higher gears) and decel. Its not quiet like a 10 bolt but it doesn't make noise all the time either....and I have a rag-top too so it can be louder at certain rpms.

There nothing wrong with it other than the gear whine. I had it checked out.

How's that?? You want to buy it now?

Perfect description. I can visualize it and it doesn't seem scary. I hope you don't have it by the end of Janruary (good for you), but if you do, I'll give you a call. -Joshua

Ever 12 bolt car I've ever been in has had at least a little whine.. I've had 4.10's and 4.30's in my car and both were setup by professionals.. very little whine, but it was still there, however minute it may have been.

Peace,
Josh
