i dont think is gonna happen cause it was hard enough just to get the camaro...maybe if this new camaro takes off we will see a firebird...but who knows with GM ...

Yeah none of those pics are mine. I made this thread to see if anyone can photoshop ideas of how they would like the "Firebird" to look like.

From the way Scott Steltelmire (sp?) talked at the F-Body invasion. Highly unlikely. But who knows we could be surprised.

I hope they don't bring back the TA. The new Camaro isn't a Camaro at all. I don't like it, and I wouldn't want a TA to look anything like it.

It would be very difficult to keep a GTO and a Firebird at the same time. What could happe is if maybe the Camaro really sells extremely well then Pontiac could follow. Similar to what happened in 1967.

I really like the silver one right above, but the front lower bumper reminds me of a Saturn Sky.



It's a good look, but I wouldn't want to look at a Firebird/TA and see similarities to a Sky.

I just took the front of the SKY and put on there, fit pretty good. That Sky looks awesome and has a bird-like appearance. IMO, the Firebird shouldn't go retro, should be a more progressive design.

Here's my really crude, but effective one. I suck at photoshop, wish I could do better.

Just imagine it with modern headlights, dual hood scoops, 70's style rear spoiler.. white with a blue stripe down it... 40th Anniversary T/A.
