no its not all new, the purge was just purchased 2 weeks ago along with almost all the fittings, also has new fuel line, new 6 an feed line, this thing is in mint condition i mean everything is like new, i personally never actually used the kit i just hooked it up and got it working, i did use the puge a few times playing with it
