The ThinkPad T20 does have a Serial Port and also a VGA.
The Inspiron 9300 does not have one. Instead, it has a DVI, VGA, and 6 USB 2.0 ports.
The 2005 20.1" LCD does not have one either.. It has DVI, VGA, S-Video, USB 2.0 and Firewire [IIRC] ports..
