Factory SS hood from my 2000 SS. was taken off car at 6x,xxx miles. In good condition, its black now, and has a few nicks/scratches from use, but no other damage. I can have it painted any color you need for $250. I need $750 for it as-is, or will knock of $50 and do it for $950 if you need it painted. WILL NOT SHIP---NOT WORTH THE HEADACHES--I can meet up with you in the MD/VA/DC/PA/WV/DE area though--very flexible on meeting, since i am traveling throughout these areas often

Are the heads assembled and are the 5.3 heads centerbolt for the valvecovers?

 

yes, heads are complete and ready to bolt on/run-- yes, for centerbolt VC

How much compression do these heads run on stock LS1?

 

I am not certain......they were supposed to only have been milled to true them up, I would assume that means less than .015. That should put you in the 10.9-11.3 range.......Other engine building experts please correct me if I am wrong.

I dont have any pics, I can try to get some......if you have never seen one, there are pics on BBK's website. It is still new, in the box, and does not have the TB with it. Summit has about the best price i have seen for the TB, and even buying it from them, you still save $100 after the intake/TB combo

Prolly about the best i can do on this one is cover the shipping for you......saves you another $20-25
