I wish that's all I had to grind off to get my 15x10 Prostars to fit. I think I was about halfway done when mine looked like that.

I have a 93 LT1 and I had to grind the **** out of my fronts and rears. The worst part is that the fronts on a 93 are iron, not aluminum calipers. When you get done, there is still enough meat on them to be safe. You could always do a smal spacer if you are worried about it.

Front & Rear need grinding. Fronts more than rear. If you choose Weld Prostars with any size offset, they still require grinding. The only thing you can do to help is get 16" rims and buy a spacer to put between the rim and the rotor. Once you get the rim you will be able to tell exactly where they rub. FYI, if you are planning on using a drill and a grinding wheel, it will be a pain, buy an angle grinder now, it is well worth the $60-$100.

you can run a spacer up front to you dont have to grind those but you will grind more than the pictures for the rears if you run a 15x10

Holy crap $9.99. I think the grinding disks cost more than that.

Yeah, habor freight is great. You get what you pay for, but in some cases I only need a tool to work once and it was worth it.
They used to have free shipping on orders over $50. I ordered a bench vise that weighed 50lbs for $50. Shipping alone must have cost them most of that sales price.

Yea, I'd go there if you don't wanna spend much $$. I got a reciprocating saw for like $10 and it acutally works halfway decent.

Run spacers up front for no grinding, but the rears look really bad when the grinding is all done. I was really afraid that the integrity of the caliper was compromised, but it is holding up fine! I need to get some pics of mine, but it isn't pretty

Do yourself a favor, go to sears and get a real grinder for about $75. It will make real quick work of the calipers. This is what mine ended up looking like after grinding for my 15x10s, I pretty much took the bare minimium for them to clear.

They would probably look great if you painted them afterwards.

15x8 or 15x10 require the same grinding. Its the face of the wheel that the caliper hits.

My sentiments exactly, much lighter and better quality materials used.
