To make it short I bought A D1 kit from this guy for $3700 shipped. I sent him an extra $175 to pay for insurance on the package. He never insured it and pocketed the cash I sent for insurance. Now I have $700 in missing/ damaged parts. Bottom line, don't buy from this guy unless you're looking to get screwed.
