From what I remember on my install they are not specific to either side, but you might as well install them both. Its not hard, I did mine in a few hours.

Well my header keeps hitting my k member and i had notched it all too hell and it still hits really bad... My motor mounts are stock and have 148,000 miles on them so ifigure a poly one on the driver side might help my cause a little... lemme know know if itll fit and ill take it

once you have the stock one out you drill the 4 rivits out of the clamshell. take the 2 halfs of the clamshell apart, put the new mount in and use the bolts that they give you to bolt it back together. here's a pic of it bolted back together with the new mount inside.

i'd be shipping the mount in the original box with the instructions so who ever gets it will know how to install it.
