Will WHAT remove the sewing machine noise?
If you mean the pushrods - they won't take away the noise - but it is recommended to run hardened pushrods...
The noise comes from using higher lift cams with aggressive ramps and higher spring pressures that all work together to snap the valves open and closed quicker and with more force. Nothing gonna remove the noise - just something we have to live with.
Best thing to do is buy a great sounding GMMG catback to cover up the valvetrain noise
