Looking for the person who made the bottom of the shifter boot out of wire

Awhile back someone was making the bottom of the shifter boot out of wire not the cheesy plastic that it comes with. Search wouldn't let me go back far enough. I would like one, please help me find this person so I can purchase it. Ken
