Default My DriveLine Solutions Dana 60 build pics-->

Here's some pics of the new Strange Dana 60 that Scott@DriveLine Solutions is building for me. We are working on a few issues but should be all good soon. I personally watched him assemble and set up this rear. It took quite a few tries to get the pattern perfect, but thats the kind of quality you get when he works on it personally.

Take a look at this ****, and see my favorite pic comparing the Dana ring/posi to a 10 bolt 7.5" ring gear. And take a look at the size of that posi!! It might cost me some power but this tru-trac is a friggin tank!! We are thinking the 600 hp the tru-trac its rated for is a huge understatement!! Wohooo!!!

I'm pretty sure it is cheaper than both of these. Way stronger than a 12 bolt (and whines less) and at least equal strength of a 9 inch, while taking less power to run and being a direct bolt in (no modification).

I think this is going to be THE rear end everyone puts in f-bodies from now on. I know if I had 2 grand laying around I wouldn't hesitate.

I would've ordered one if it wasn't gonna take so long for it to get here, I blew my 10-bolt on Sunday and needed a 9" right away, renting a car right now so I had to get one ordered fast. Ended up going with Bob @ Exotic Performance Plus, was going to go with Scott @ DLS but he got back to me too late, had already ordered from EPP cause I needed it so quickly didn't want to risk not having it in time. Now just found out it won't be here till Monday so I looks like i'll be renting the car another week till I can work on it the following weekend, very very unhappy about that. Anyway that thing looks like a freakin beast, if I break the 9" i'm sure this will be what replaces it.

That's amazing how puny the 10 bolt ring gear is compared to the Dana's!

All PM's sent to all that have asked. I use OEM gears and they are dead quiet and they will hold up to any aftermarket gear out there. Unless a 3.90 or 4.30 is specified.

Scott, could you shoot me a pm on pricing too? I'd be interested in the 3.90s gears, and it won't hurt my feelings not to retain ABS (I was going to do a full spool with a 12 bolt), and I do not have TCS. Thanks
