I regret the need to post this and have been EXTREMELY patient with this seller. AnthonyZ281999, initially posted an ad at this link, https://ls1tech.com/forums/lsx-parts-sale/444548-fs-quad-tip-bends.html .

Any moderator which has unlimited access could easily confirm this. As well, upon posting this, I will be forwarding a link of it all to AnthonyZ281999 so he knows what I've said AND he knows everyone else knows. This is straight cut-and-paste from my saved PMs with the only editing being colors to tell who said what.

That would be sweet! are there any other mounting supports required or the tips bolt stright up to the exhaust only? The skirts you're referring to are the pewter parts (ground effects) on the sides of the muffler tips right? How do they mount (stickey tape or screws?) I'm supposed to have my IRS refund either tomorrow (Tuesday) or Wednesday morning. You take paypal or prefer money orders? Thank you!

the tips just mount up to the exhaust....and the skirts have holes drilled in them already...but u can use just sticky tape...but ud be better off screwing them in...the tips are in exellent shape just need some cleaning..they were on for less than a year...

so ull do 150 Plus shipping ? if so get back to me

got one problem i forgot to send the skirts with that...and i looked and its around another 25-30 for the skirts..so if u can jus tsend that to me ill send the skirts out...i couldnt get them in the same box

I understand people make mistakes. I hope you agree with me based on some of the FIRST THREE PM's between us, we had it understood, I wanted the skirts also. I agreed with you to pay $150 PLUS shipping and that is what I have done. Tell me where I have failed to meet the agreement arranged? Now you're asking me to pay AGAIN for shipping on the valences? I am in no way trying to tarnish your reputation or be uncivilized with you. Just honest.

i completly understand...when i went and asked for shipping they said it would only be 30..and i couldnt fit the valances in the same box..i was under the impresion i could find a box for that would fit both ..the store wants 120 for the box to fit the skirts cause there so long...but am goin out of my way to find a box myself for them to ship again.i am in no way tryin to rip u off...i will refund ur money and ur shipping if u feel so inclined..its up to u wat u want to do from here...i am willing to work with u any way possible

Unless the panels are very stiff, you should be able to fold them a little. Once I get them out of the box, I let them sit for a day or two and they should straighten back out on their own. Maybe that could help.

All right, I'm no rocket scientist (but I DO operate nuclear reactors), but I see you've read the message I've sent you.

I also see you've read about spark plugs, about NOS systems and about Camaro bodywork. All after reading my message without even so much as a "hey".

I understand some times people have difficulties (i.e. cars get fucked, lack of employment, house fires, floods, what ever) but to blatantly ignore my request for signs of life has pissed me off.

In good faith, I messaged you numerous times prior to even paying for these items. And I was even glad when the tips arrived safely and very well packed, but to have me waiting for 2-3 days for a reply after I see you've read it is pretty aggravating. I have refrained from doing anything public here.

Very simply put, how would you react at this point? We've reached a month and 3 days since I've paid you.

I have dealt with Ward before on some parts, and this guy is nothing but class. Dude needs to get that **** shipped asap, no more money for shipping. In my and Duffs transaction, I payed via paypal, he sent package next morning and even had the courtesy to call my cell phone to verify this, and then called to make sure said parts had arrived. Duff is completely in the right on this one.

UPS will pick ups at your house if the package is allready boxed up. I do it all the time. Duff, call UPS and set pick at his place, give him the time to be picked up and call this over. Sorry, to hear about a transaction go south like this one
