measure the center of the collector to the other on these headers / same for a Y pipe only way to find out if it will fit

I agree,

Can someone please measure from center to center on the collectors after they're installed, and measure the width of the collector please?

I have a edlebrock Y-pipe that I can measure once I get the measurement for the headers!

i can measure when i get home from work (only the collector as they're not installed yet ) ...i heard that they were slip on collectors

First off, carrsls1_camaro, great thread man. I got a set about 3 weeks ago and finally finished installing last night. I just wish I had seen this thread before hand, I however had to grind the square and the k-member as it was obvious in order for them to fit. I love the way they look, they sound nice. My friends are all drooling over them and love the fact that they are stainless over their ceramic coated which are already rusted. I saved some serious cash with these. $340 shipped for the headers, $35 for 2 24" extensions, and $12 for gaskets, not bad for $387 total. I recommend them guys. But as always go with whatever you gentleman prefer. Just my 2 cents. Have a great day!!!!!

what y pipe did you use? before i would consider buying these i need to make sure there is a y pipe that will line up nicely with them. i also wish he made a version without air and egr

tbick, I installed these without a y-pipe. I will however need to buy one in the future. I also wish that he made some w/o all the emissions stuff. But i guess its nice to have them there just in case.

lol, you get what you pay for. I would like to see how these hold up after some hard driving and about a year or two of time. Those are 321 Stainless, the preferred ones are 304 or 304L.

I have Stainless Works long tubes and the only thing I had to do was lossen the starter to get the pass side in, the drivers side feel right up, no grinding, no nothing. I just can't see grinding the K member to get headers to fit.

Nice to see more people buying these headers. Sorry, I didn't read anything but the original post and this page. Those are some seriously nice welds!

FWIW, texas speeds pacesetter y-pipe will probably work with these headers. The reason I say that is because I was one of the first to buy their TD systems and bolt it up to my Kooks headers. They were only proven to fit pacesetters, hookers, and jet hots since they were the same design. Well, they fit my Kooks, and unless I'm mistaken, the pipes that come off of the collectors are the same as the y-pipe they sell.

Might be a longshot, but how can you lose for $150 shipped. At the absolute worst, sell it back on here and lose $20.

So j/w has anyone found a Y-pipe to fit these headers yet? or has anyone tried the TSP pipe?? Also whatabout the TSP true duals with the x-pipe? does anyone know if they woud fit?

the tsp y-pipe will work just installed mine today.... and i am taking the car to the dyno later this week so i will have some numbers on motor and on spray hehe i am soooooo happy have lots of pics but to big and not enough time to resize but the tsp y-pipe will fit

Photobucket has an automatic resize feature, as does tinypic.com. You don't even have to sign up for tinypic.

ok i got it back today and here are my mods...

lid/ filter , fernco mod, egr mod throttle body bypass, descreened maf, the long tubes tsp ory, corsa catback, tr6 plugs, taylor wires, aluminum flywheel, 4.10's and 315's out back an lg tune and put down 336.8hp and 341.8 torque and on a 100 dry shot with 900 psi in the bottle only 2 pounds left put up 395.9 hp and 428.5 torque
