Well, probably the standard weight reduction things.

Spare tire and jack
Back Seats and front passenger
Speakers
AIR
EGR

Race on a 1/4 tank of gas or less.

Rest are here --> https://ls1tech.com/forums/drag-racing-tech/17319-weight-reduction-list.html

I'd remove some basic stuff. Everything but AIR and EGR could be easily replaced when you're done.

I was just reading a "chassis engineering" book where htye went on to explain that you will make a more significant performance improbvement in weight reduction of the reciprocating/ moving parts than you would from jsut plain weight removal.

Of course, you can do both, but , for a rough example- you'll have more of an impact in performance improvement if you switched to lighter wheels than you would if you bought, say, a carbon fiber hood or something. don't take this comparison literally, but if you were to reduce weight (light weight flywheel, rims, driveshaft, moving engine parts, etc it would be better money spent than on lightweight hood, seats, etc.

They also say moving the battery to the trunk is good for better weight transfer. while it's not a "reduction" it'll help shift the weight bias of your car for improved performance. (both traction and overall weight bias)

I hope this is helpful

Standard weight reduction for these cars are:

jack and spare tire
back seat
front sway bar
winshield washer fluid
keep gas under half a tank

More in depth ideas:

remove passenger seat
remove EGR
remove air conditioning and all associated parts
remove airbags
remove sterio and all speakers
remove bumper inserts
remove traction control and all associated parts
remove cruise control and all associated parts
remove power locks and windows
replace stock hood with lighter aftermarket hood
replace stock rims with lighter ones
remove interior carpet (you can replace with lighter carpet or paint)

For a real indepth look at weight reduction you should read this sticky

It sheds about 80 pounds. The car will feel more unstable when taking corners fast. Now for everyday "normal" driving this is not a concern. Drag racing is a straight line so no problems there. But for road course racing or very spirited street driving I do not recommend the removal of the front sway bar.

Some guys remove it on track day and then put it back. Too much work for me so I consider it a do or don't depending on the cars purpose.
