Default Pics of car, Momo Wheel, Boots, Corbeau Seats

Thought I'd share some pics after I got all of this stuff done. I deleted the rear seats, added a Wolffe 5 point bar, Corbeau racing seats, 6 point harness, the leather boots and the Momo steering wheel. The boots are leather from Redlinegoods. Pics are nothing fancy. It was threatening to rain so stayed in the driveway. Enjoy.

I like that wheel!! Where are the attachment points on a "5 point" roll bar? I know where they're at on a 6 pt.

Thanks. The 5 point is the same as the 6 but without the passenger door bar. I don't need it to race and it lets passengers get in and out much easier (and saves weight).

Here are the best pics I have--taken in the garage in the middle of last winter. This was before the racing seats. Since the new seats don't fold, you can't really get a good pic back there. Anyway, I wanted to keep it light so I covered two pieces of 1/4 inch plywood with vinyl and bolted them in place at the seat attach points. Then I tacked a small strip of carpet along the front edge. That way I can stash small obeject under there where people can see them.

Also included one more pic of the Momo wheel.

I was a little skeptical about the steering wheel at first, but I actually like it a lot! Everything looks great.

I have a momo as well. Bye bye air bag, but who cares. It looks cool and is much smaller than the ugly stocker.

Thanks for the compliments everyone.

I bought the Momo wheel from a web site. Just did a search on Momo. I was a little skeptical at first too, but it grew on me. I like the small red accents that go well with the interior lighting. I followed that them with the boots, harness, etc.

The wheel was a pain to install--not really that hard, but harder than it should have been. You have to pull out the airbag stuff, trim the column about a sixteenth of an inch, work over the adapter with a dremmel tool, figure out how to make your horn work and bolt it on. But it was worth it to me since I didn't like the factory wheel and can live without an airbag (I know some can't). I liked the steering wheel controls but get along fine without them.

If anyone wants more detail, post up or send a PM--glad to help. Thanks again.

No, it's the FX1. I'm 6'4" and 210 lbs. I wanted a fiberglass shell and this was one of the very few fiberglass seats that I'd fit into.

Hey - I don't see so good - is that Wolverine?? I know he can live without an airbag.
;-) just messin

Looks really good with the minor red accents on the wheel and boot etc. and you get extra points for adjusting your vents the same positions that I do (thumbs up)
