Vortech Aftercooler and Fuel Pump
Vortech Aftercooler and Fuel Pump Complete Vortech aftercooler system for the Vortech superchargers for LS1/6 motors. This kit allows you to run 9 to 10 punds of boost safely. When I bought this it was originally the as cast version, no finish. I polished the entire system before bead blasting the system. It is bead blasted to a very fine satin sheen and then clear coated. It looks awesome, especially in the sun. The aluminum parts are absolutely smooth, no bumps at all. If you wanted to polishe this again, it would be very easy to do.
The only thing missing are two of the rubber pipe couplers. These are cheap and easy to buy though. The cooler, the piping and the coolant fill tank are all finished and clearcoated. For the whole sytem, all fittings are installed correctly where they go and are water tight. There are pictures below, they should give you a good idea of the finish.
Included is all you see in the pictures including a Vortech T-Rex inline fuel pump and all of it's associated hoses fittings hoses and relay with all wiring. There is a little groove on part of the aftercooler where my hood rubbbed on it. You won't really notice it very much.
$1500 takes it all. It sells for considerably more from vortech. The cooler itself costs $1500 or so from Vortech. PM me or email with any questions

The only thing missing are the little rubber isolators that the fuel pump clamps connect to. Those are easy to come by. The fuel system itself is more than complete.
When I initially set the fuel system up, you have to cut/separate one of the stock lines and fittings then heat up a vortech supplied fitting and kind of melt them together. I supplied the whole thing, the hibrid stock/Vortech fuel line. You won't have to cut anything up. Everything else is included- all the wiring, pump relay, fuse/fuseholder etc. Possibly a little bit of 93 octane gas too.
$150 takes it all.
