WTB: rubber shift grommet and window regulator

I need to get the rubber shift grommet that goes around the shifter, underneath the leather shift boot. Its the acordian looking piece.

Also need a driver side window regulator.

Anyone have that little rubber piece under the shift boot, or a driver side window regulator??

i have both, lower shift boot 20.00, and regulator 50.00, 75.00 with motor
