I'm doing a cam swap in my 2000 Ta and am looking for some new valve seals. I can buy them from GM but my plan it to do this cam swap with all parts with my ebay money. So i do have paypal. This way my wife won't have such a fit if I don't use the money in the bank. You guys can laugh at me now

I thought I read that the 2001 and newer had the spring seat. Also there are 2 differant seals, one for the intake and one for the exhaust.

 

the seal goes on after the seat. 1 seal is for hot and one seals for the cold...i have all hot seals so theres less of a chance to burn them up...
