Jet hot slid in like butter!!!
The vacuum line....Find your brake booster in the engine bay and pull off that hose on the side of it with the car running. I can't just pull it off and have it run like that, it it will die. Its a vacuum line so its sucking. I used my thumb to cause some suction gradually till I could let go and would idle on its own like that. Very fun to play with!!!

Sounds good. I ordered the same headers last week, the car is up on the jack stands with the stockers removed waiting for them. I didn't care the way the Jet Hots Y together so I'm going with TSP Y. While I was doing some searchs on these headers I ran across an old thread, and someone on there said that the TSP Y does fit. I was going to do a custom Y but there isn't a shop around here that can do mandrel bends.

does it harm anything, i guess there would be alot less vacuum, yet you say it gets back to idling.??? Probably won't have any brakes or hardly any if there is not much vacuum.?? Last edited by NHRAMAN; Oct 2, 2006 at 03:23 PM.
