I'm not too happy about this, but I think I have to sell my nitrous kit.

It has literally had less than 1 bottle through it. I don't think I want to go thruogh the hassle of tuning the car, especially with all the **** going on right now. I bought it about a month ago, ahd it installed in the car and made maybe 2-3 street passes and 7 pulls on the dyno.

To put this kit on you HAVE to cut your lid, so since my lid doesn't fit anymore I'll include this in the price so you don't have to cut yours. already has a hole cut as well for whatever the hell sensor goes in there. It's an SLP lid and comes with smooth maf ends as well.

I'm asking 700 + shipping for everything. Both bottle brackets, all wiring, solenoids, microswitch, relay, instructions, everything you need to put this in the car including the lid and will be shipped in original box!

 

kit retails for 799 and these lids I've seen going for around 85 so 700 for both isn't bad.

No no, I really should have sold him the kit for 400 dollars... I'm waiting on a reply from a guy who actually read and is going to pick up the kit + my lid for 600 bucks + his lid. But yeah 400 bucks for everything sounds like a great deal in the mind of a broke dreamer.

I'll post pics of the lid tomorrow, but you have to cut it in the very back part that goes to your MAF because otherwise you can never get the lid to close to the bottom part of the air box. Then you have to relocate a hole for the whatever sensor it is I can't think of at 2am all of which has been done. I had to cut about 1.75-2" off the lid, which sucked *** but I figure if someone wanted the kit they'd want a lid too so they wouldn't have to cut up theirs and it really doesn't work with the stock air-box so either way I could get rid of it. Although if you take the kit off, the lid is too short and doesn't connect so it's good to keep a stock air lid on hand


Everything fits great and is ready to go. Just needs to be wired custom to your set-up.


I'm really not too pleased still about selling it, but its' already off the car and I think a set of pro-stars is a better idea for a mod right now since I can enjoy them all the time and don't have to worry about the car shitting out the tranny

I have a stock lid on the car now... not sure what you mean by the actual SLP lid? If it's the one I have in the pics above that's the one I want ... or just any aftermarket lid will be fine.
