omg I AM SO MAD AT THIS GUY RIGHT NOW! He is being so rude because his "retired lawyer" dad said he is right

We paid for the SLP LM exhaust over a month ago. He said he would ship it the next day and give us the tracking number. He never did! Everytime we talked to him (when he answered us which was rarely) he said he would get us the number. He never did! He told us about a week later that UPS had shipped it back to him for some reason and that he would send it again.

Again, we never got it or a tracking number. Finally, he admitted he never sent it. He said he had been carrying it around in his car but didnt have time to go to the UPS store. He said he would refund us if it was too much of a hassle, but because we were so desperate to get exhaust on the car we said we would drive the 3 hours to his town to get it.

He was supposed to meet us at a time and place chosen by HIM but he never showed. We finally got ahold of him and he said the package wouldnt fit in his car so we needed to pick it up at his house. He wasnt home but oh well. We went to pick it up but it wouldnt fit in my car like he said it would. We took it out of the packaging to find it not as described. We still tried to fit it in my car and take it but no luck.

We called him as we left his house and he said he would refund us our money. He said he would mail us a money order but never did. Eventually we got ahold of him and he said he would pay us in 2 weeks because he lost his job.

2 weeks have come and gone with no refund and no replies to messages. Now he says he isnt refunding us because the exhaust was as advertised. The only problem with that was I (JTSLP559's girlfriend) purchased the item according to what he described to me which wasnt what we saw when we got there.

That isnt even the issue though! It was that he lied repeatedly and is now trying to go back on his word.

 

He sold that loudmouth to you, another guy, and was supposed to send it to me when I shipped him my wheels.


Yeah I have talked to him on the phone... I wanted to bang my head into the wall after I did.

He even admitied to lieng about taking my wheels to the wheel shop LOL!


Yeah I never got a tracking number either, just excuses and cought him in a lie and he admited to it.

Looks like 00 Camaro never left him feeback (negative). If he did and you did he would have a rating of like 40% LOL!!!!!!

He also sold a guy a nintendo and another guy the same nintendo lol.

On like Nov 4th it will be the 2 month mark for me so I will get to post his name and address in the report sticky so even if he gets a new screen name he will still be stuck.

It looks like so far he has got 5 of us!!!!!
