I have a like new HP tuners setup all the licenses are used but I did use 6 of the credits on a 98 so it can tune any 98 F-body!!

do i need to send it back for them to reprogram it or it just plug and play

 

If you have a 98 its a plug and play if you have a newer car you will have to purchase a $99 license for it. So its a good deal for a 98, I should add that it is basically new. I only used it twice, once to change my A4 98 to a T56 and again to pass emissions and reset it afterwards. I think I bought it in June or July....
